The “biker wave” how bikers acknowledge each other on the open road. I also refer to it as the “drop handed wave”. If you ever find yourself driving behind a motorcycle on a two lane highway, watch as other motorcycles approach. The biker you’re following should take his left hand off the handle bar and drop it down and out. Sometimes it’s with a full hand. Other times it’s just two fingers. I am a “two fingers in a peace sign” guy.
I love this. This picture in particular is great. A guy on a sport bike and a guy on a cruiser. Mutual respect. It truly doesn’t matter what you ride… just that you ride.
