I make a point of riding at least once per month, year around. As Fuzzy points out, PMS is a real thing. I do my best to mitigate it by reading motorcycle books and watching motorcycle movies and the occasional motorcycle race (when I can find it).
But the best way to take care of it, it to put the chaps on, suit up and ride.

Everyone who rides learned to ride from someone. Everyone has that story. Everyone has a neighbor or a friend or an uncle or someone. Everyone hopped on a bike and rode around someone’s back yard or parking lot.

ToadMama is a biker chick. She posts about various rides she’s done. As such, it’s no surprise that she would include a travel oriented blog post category.
