Wisconsin has a terrific program to encourage people to get out and explore. It’s their Rustic Roads program. There are these roads all over the place. Some have historic significance. Most are seldom ever travelled. If you ride 10 of them you get a certificate. If you ride 25 of them you get a patch. If you ride 1 of them, you get the experience of getting out and enjoying beautiful scenery and some free wind therapy.
